Best water purifier brands in india: top purifiers

Image Source - Google | Image by - airswacch

Which water purifier is best for you?  Do you really need a RO water purifier?  What is the truth behind mineral water?  How most water purifier companies try to fool us due to their marketing?  Today you will get the answer to all these questions and you will be able to easily decide which water purifier is the best for you and your family.

Water is essential for life and very important for human existence.  However, nowadays the misuse of water bodies, increasing population, industrial development, environmental degradation have polluted the water, so installing a good water purifier has become a necessity rather than luxury.  But so many options in the market and because according to every brand, their water purifying technology is the best.  It becomes difficult and confusing for a common man to choose a good water purifier, but no more.  Let us see whether water purifying technologies are available in the Indian market-

1. RO (Reverse osmosis)-

The most popular is RO ie reverse osmosis, for most people nowadays water purifier means RO.  This is the most powerful technology that purifies dirty to dirty water, even saline water in one go.  In RO technology, water passes through a semipermeable membrane from high pressure with a diameter of only 0.001 micron.  Due to such a small pore, only the water molecule is able to pass through it. With such fine filtration, more than 90% of dirt, heavy metals, micro-organisms, minerals are removed and you get empty water which includes impurities as well  Nutrients are also depleted.

2. NF (Nano filtration)-

Nanotechnology also works like RO technology, the only difference is that the pore size of NF is 0.2 micron so it is obvious that NF will be able to remove less impurities but like RO it does not remove water taste or mineral content.

3. UF ( Ultra filtration)-

UF means ultrafiltration, it is a technology that purifies water without using electricity.  In this, water passes through the hollow fiber membrane whose pore size is 0.01 micron.  Through UF technology we can also remove impurities from the water and the mineral content of the water without destroying it.  This technology is similar to the way plants and plants clean the ground water.  UF is much cheaper than RO but its limit is that where there is a lot of hard water, it cannot be used.  These three technologies that you have seen are capable of removing solid and chemical impurities but are not effective in killing microorganisms or that is why water purifiers are recommenced with UV chamber.

4. Ultraviolet chamber-

The UV consists of a chamber with a powerful UV lamp, when the water passes through this chamber, the ultraviolet rays eliminate the tiny bacteria viruses that cause the water to drink.

How to find out which technology is best for me?

Very easy, all you need is a TDS meter.  So let's quickly see what is this TDS meter and why is it so important?

TDS is probably the most misunderstood term in space.  TDS means Total dissolved solids, Total count of minerals in water, salts, metals and impurities and because TDS also includes natural minerals found in water such as calcium, phosphorus and potassium.  Therefore, to understand that the lower the TDS, the better the water will be, is absolutely wrong as many people think.  According to Bureau of Indian standards, the value of TDS of water within 500 is absolutely safe for human consumption.  If you understand a bit more, the ideal range of TDS is between 100 and 300.  If government treated water comes to your house, then most of your tap water will be in this range.  TDS of water between 300 and 500 is acceptable, but it is not right to have TDS less than 100 because such water does not contain minerals at all and it is quite unfortunate that the way people drink packaged water as mineral water nowadays.  Their TDS is only between 15 and 20.

You can do the experiment yourself because most of so called mineral water companies are giving you RO water and RO also brings 1000 TDS to 50 within a stroke.  The big companies just set up an RO plant and just start selling water, they do not care whether to have or avoid the minerals in the water, they just mean selling water and keep in mind that the added minerals are put separately  Our body cannot absorb it well.  But don't get me wrong, I am not an expert on RO technology, but RO is a tremendous technology that was developed for actual marines so that it can take salted salt water and drink it by purifying it.  So you can understand that RO technology was created for such a survival situation, not to drink water in the house every day, but the job of some companies is to earn profits by scaring people. This is a clear case of capitalism.

Due to the high TDS, I did not necessarily check the TDS of a fresh coconut water to proof that the water is bad, it turned out to be above 3000.  Why did it come out?  Because coconut water contains a lot of vitamins and minerals, then there are some companies such as Tata, Himalayan water, Bisleri Vedika etc;  Whose water can really be called mineral water, but the problem is that it is so expensive that a common person cannot afford this water every day.

I did another experiment where I dissociated the packaged drinking water minerals through electrolysis, it is very interesting.  The dirt that will look like above the water in it are minerals, due to the mineral dissociate, the color of the water changes.  It is also a good PS test through which you can find out which water is so acidic.  Once you have TDS meter which you can easily buy offline or online, after that check the TDS of your home tap water, if TDS is less than 500 then you can be sure that you will get RO water  There is absolutely no need to apply a purifier because if you still have RO installed, it will reduce the TDS of your water so much that nothing will be left in it, all the minerals will be over and this water;  Water will not be able to be called, it will be limited only to liquid that quenches thirst.

If the TDS of your tap water is less than 300, then if you install the UF technology filter then it is enough, which will remove some of the chemical impurities.  Along with UF, you can install UV so that any small virus bacteria will also eliminate them. That means UF + UV is the best combo within 300 TDS.  If it is enough to install nano filter.  NF as the membrane is based which gets spoiled over time, so make sure to install UV along with it, the water will be completely safe then if your TDS of tap water is more than 900 then only then you need to install RO purifier.  Get UV also.  Yes, by installing RO, the minerals will be finished, but you do not even have any option now because the water is getting very dirty in your house, however, to increase the quantity of minerals, you can store the water in clay pot, copper utensils.  Can do it.  Yes, clay and copper vessels dissociate their minerals in water.

How have these big companies taken out 10 to 15 models of water purifiers and cooked the entire indian market as slang?

Due to their cheap marketing tactics, they are earning money by using the ignorance of the people.  Let me give you 5 reasons -

1. Companies fooling customers-

Some companies promise to give you the purest water by stating that RO, UV, UF, NF are all put together in their water purifiers, it is a joke.  Either one will tell that once the water has come out from the small sieve, it does not matter whether or not to put it in the big sieve.  Meaning if you apply RO, then NF or UF does not have any meaning in it and when you ask the same questions to the representatives of these companies, then they answer you with surprise.

2. TDS Controller-

When companies came to know that the public is now becoming aware that RO reduces TDS at all, then companies entered the market with the strategy of TDS Controller.  TDS Controller is nothing. There is a bypass wall of ₹ 50, it just allows your normal tap water to be mixed in the low TDS of your RO, so this will increase the TDS in the water you get at the end.  TDS has increased, but with impurities too, what point has it come?

3. UV Chambers-

Some companies have started making aluminum instead of UV chamber food grade stainless steel, in order to sell their water purifiers the cheapest.  The aluminum chamber's problem is that water reacts with aluminum to form aluminum oxide that is damaging to the brain, UV chambers should always be placed horizontally rather than vertically so that it can effectively kill bacteria and viruses.

4. 7 stage, 14 stage filter process-

This is another common marketing strategy, this is 7 stage, 14 stage filter process, obviously if no one has more knowledge, then he will think that more filters means more pure water.  However, it is not the case that 4 stages are enough to purify the water no matter how hard or dirty it is - sediment filter, carbon filter, membrane and UV chamber.  If a water purifier company claims more stages, then understand that it is simply adopting a marketing tactic to attract more customers.  In such a case, companies put 2 to 4 small filters to show only.

5. Alkaline cartridges-

It is another buzzword in this marketing space.  Actually in an attempt to alkaline RO water that is slightly acidic, companies have nowadays started using alkaline cartridges which use harsh chemicals which may be even more problematic for the human body.  So now you must have got clear what is the real game of this water purifying market, how these companies fill their pockets by taking advantage of fear and innocence of a common man.

Best Water Purifier in Indian Market-

1. If the TDS of your water is less than 300 then buy this-

A.O.Smith X2 5 Litre UV (Ultra Violet) + UF (Ultra Fine) Black 5 Litre Water Purifier

2. If the TDS of your tap water comes between 300 to 900 then buy this-

Elpron NF3060+UV

3. If the TDS of your tap water comes out to be greater than 900 then buy this-

LG Puricare WW150NP RO + UV Water Purifier RO Multi-Stage Filtration with 8 LTR. Dual Protection Stainless Steel Tank (Black with Floral Pattern)

These are some of the genuine water purifiers that I got from research.  Drinking pure water is very important because it keeps us away from diseases, but more important than that is to choose the right water purifier.  Water purifier is such a lucrative market that even companies making commode have started venturing into it, but being a conscious customer, it is our responsibility to choose water purifiers carefully for ourselves and our family.

Which oil is best for cooking in india: Healthiest oils

Image Source - Google | Image by - Daily Excelsior

Oil is a very important part of Indian cooking, but which cooking oil do you use?  Do you use sunflower oil groundnut oil or olive oil?  If yes, today I am going to tell you the best oil for cooking.  We use a lot of cooking oil for Indian cooking, so it is very important to use healthy oil, whereas if you cook food everyday in unhealthy oil, then this oil makes your weight gain, blockages in heart, diabetes and even  Can also cause cancer.  If you ask me, what is the one thing that I should change in my food which can improve my health?  So my answer would be to change the oil in which you cook.

Refined oils-

It is very sad that more than 90% of people in India nowadays cook in refined oils.  Most of the sunflower, rice bran, groundnut, soybean oil found in the Indian market is refined oil.  But what is the problem with refined oil?  In listening to friends, the refined may sound a bit sophisticated, but in medical terms, refined oil means spoiled oil;  Yes, bad oil.

Refining is a multistage process, firstly the oil is extracted using a chemical solvent, even hexon gas, at temperatures above 200 degrees.  Due to such a high temperature, the vitamins and minerals present in the oil are destroyed and the healthy fatty acids of the oils break down and become trans fat, the process does not end here.  The oils are again heated to high temperature to neutralize the oil test and eliminate the fragrance of the oil. In the last, harsh preservatives such as TBHQ and antifoaming agents such as dimethyl ciloxan are added, obviously so that they last longer and do not become foamy on heating.  Then the last that remains is colorless, tasteless, odorless and nutrition less liquid;  The smoothness of oil is also largely gone. These so called heart healthy oils are then packed and sold, be it any oil, once it has gone through this refining process, it loosens all its natural properties. Healthy fats are converted to trans fats, basic oil deteriorates absolutely. Maximum people nowadays use this refined oil 3-4 times a day to cook, it can cause a lot of serious health problems in the long term, I would even say that if you have refined oil in your kitchen then throw it away.

Then what to use?

Olive oil-

By the way, people who are getting some health congestion nowadays use olive oil. Due to the tremendous marketing of European Union, nowadays you will find a lot of olive oil in the Indian super market.

Is olive oil is healthy?

Of course, olive oil is one of the healthiest oils.  But while in India, I will not recommend you to use olive oil.

There are 3 reasons for this-

1. First of all, olive oil is very expensive. Due to 1 liter olive oil being more expensive than Rs 1200. so, cooking food in olive oil every day is not in the budget of most people.

2. Due to the increasing popularity of olive oil, many cases of adulteration have also been seen.  Some tests have even revealed that 60-80% of imported olive are adult rated.

3. Olive oil does not blend well with Indian recipes.  Think of the meaning, if you make potato parathas in olive oil then what will be the test.  Olive oil is a very good option if you are making pasta, salad or any other Spanish or Mediterranean dishes, but not at all for Indian dishes.

So is there any oil in the Indian market that is healthy, increase the flavor of our dishes and do not cut our pockets too?

Yes of course, cold pressed or wood pressed, sesame oil, mustard oil, peanut oil and coconut oil is the best oil for us.  Not cold refined but cold pressed or wood pressed or what we call Indian as raw condensed oil is best for Indian cooking.

Cold pressing is an ancient technique in which heat is not used to extract oil from seed.  This not only destroys vitamins and minerals but also maintains the fragrance and flavor of the oil.  The best quality seeds are used to extract oil from this technique, and for this reason the oil that comes out is also of high quality.  It also has a very high smoking point of all the oils, due to which they can also be used for deep and shallow frying.  The smoking point of any oil is the temperature above which the fatty acid bonds of the oil break down and the oil deteriorates.

It will be necessary to talk about the controversy of coconut oil;  A few years ago a major marketing campaign was launched by refined oil companies against coconut oil. They said that the saturated fat in coconut oil is very high, due to which it is unhealthy, but then research has shown that yes it is true that coconut oil contains saturated fat, but it is a special type of saturated fat.  Is called medium chain fatty acids and these medium chain fatty acids are healthy for human body. Today, more than 1500 studies have proved that coconut oil is one of the healthiest foods in the world. In Kerala and Tamil Nadu people have been using coconut oil for centuries and surveys show that their hearts and brains are actually quite healthy.

Another controversy was regarding mustard oil, because mustard oil contains 47% Erucic acid, due to which it was also targeted.  In USA Canada and Europe it has been banned for food.  The reason for this ban was a study conducted on laboratory rats, these rats were fed mustard oil in very high quality due to which the problem was seen in their hearts.  But till date no harmful effects of mustard oil have been seen in Humans.  Mustard oil has been used in northern and eastern areas of India and even in Bangladesh, Korea and China for centuries.  Even when the doctor of AIIMS compared it with the rest of the oils in a study, the inclusion of olive oil showed that the ratio of omega 3 and omega 6 in mustard oil is the best, this is what makes it heart healthy.  Its smoking point is also very high, due to which you must have seen that mustard oil is often used for deep frying. Raw condensed mustard oil is easily available in the Indian market and the best part is that it is also budget friendly, you can use any of these four oils while in India.  Actually we were using these oils but due to some such overseas marketing campaigns, we stopped these oils and started using refined oils and olive oils so you can understand how brainwashing can be a marketing  Campaign.  In India, which oil to use for cooking, it used to depend on which region you live.  For example- for Kerala and Tamil Nadu people, coconut oil. sesame oil for Andhra and Rajasthan. mustard oil for north and western India. peanut oil are the most used in Central India (Gujarat).  If you look carefully, not only these oils suit the climate of these regions but also increase the flavor of the dishes cooked locally.

Ghee-

Friends, this thing will remain incomplete if I do not talk about ghee.  Ghee has the highest smoking point compared to all oils. This is undoubtedly the best for all types of cooking, even deep frying.  Do you know that once you use any oil, it should not be used again, except for ghee.  Ghee is the only oil in which you can deep fry and use again.  You will be surprised to know that ghee has been given the status of clarified butter in the US as premium cooking oil.  The doctors there are recommending to drink two to three teaspoons of ghee in the coffee, the only downside of ghee can be said that cooking food in ghee every day may not be available to everyone, but what is the point  And when I am saying ghee, I mean desi cow ghee, not Jersey; or you can use buffalo ghee too.

3. Rice water-

Rice water is also called tandulodaka, which in Ayurvedic texts has been said to be very beneficial for removing heat from the body and stomach.  You have to take about 10 grams of rice, grind them coarsely, put this rice in an earthen pot and put 60 to 70 ml of water on top of it, now cover it with something and stay like this for 4 to 6 hours. Give Just sieve the rice water and drink it, neither keep it in the fridge nor add ice to it, drink it just like that.  The best time will be 30 minutes before eating food, drinking twice in 1 day is enough.  Rice water is also very high in vitamin B, due to which it is also very effective for mouth ulcers.  Rice water is an instant cooler which also helps in preventing bleeding disorders, diarrhea, urine pain, skin rashes and hair fall.  For best results, use unpolished semi brown rice.

4. Sandalwood paste-

Sandalwood has been used in India since ancient times to remove body heat due to its tremendous cooling properties.  All you need are two things, sandalwood powder and rose water.  Mix both and make a paste and apply it on your forehead.  Pure sandalwood is so effective that it cools down the entire body, mind and nervous system very quickly.  It also helps us a lot in increasing concentration, definitely try it on exam days and if you have pimples, rashes or itching on your skin, then apply sandalwood paste at that place, it will heal very quickly.  By the way, you can also apply this paste on the entire body.  You will find sandalwood powder at any grocery store very easily.

White hair: get black hair permanently

Image Source - Google | Image by - Sowmya Tamatam

Graying of hair is natural as one ages. However, if you are below 35 years of age and you have grey strands of hair, this might be little alarming but the good news is that you need not depend upon temporary solution of hair dyes. As this condition is very much treatable at home.

How does black hair turns white at the first place?

The answer lies in the chemical called melanin. Melanin produced by hair follicles is responsible for the colour of our hair. when the production of melanin reduces, black hair starts turning white.

Today I am going to share with you the root causes, effective measures and simple home remedy which will increase the production of melanin and reverses the greying of hair. Nothing matches the dread that you feel at the appearance of your first white strand. Apart from genetics the root cause of premature greying of hair is due to the increase levels of heat in the body. Now this heat could be due to the various reasons-

1. Excessive eating of fried and junk foods.

2. Regular eating of foods which are too spicy.

3. Highly intake of beverages like tea and coffee.

4. Pro long exposure to the ultraviolet rays of the sun.

5. Air pollution.

6. Using harsh shampoos, perfumed hair oils and other toxic hair products.

7. Smoking cigarette on a daily basis.

8. Over consumption of alcohol.

9. Stress, anxiety and Anger may contribute to the greying of hair.

During teenage the hormones are all over the place, at this time the heat levels of body are naturally high. So we can see not all the factors that we have discussed are under our control. But what's under our control is that-

1. We can keep our body hydrated. Eating fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables is the best way to keep the water levels of the body up.

2. Improper nutrition is an overlooked factor which becomes the major cause off premature greying of hair in more than 50% of the cases.

3. Protein is one of the most important macronutrients needed for good hair health. Make sure to include protein rich foods like milk, paneer, pulses, chicken, eggs, fish in your daily diet.

4. Moreover green leafy vegetables, oats, curry leaves, nuts, coconut oil Being rich in B vitamins, biotin, iron and copper are very helpful in reversing grey hair.

It was recently discovered that hair follicles releases small amount of hydrogen peroxide which gets accumulated overtime. It bleaches the hair and cause into turn grey, by removing this accumulation it is possible for your hair to retain its natural colour.

So I want to talk about one home remedy which does exactly that, there are so many home remedies for grey hair but this in my opinion is the most effective.

Home remedy-

All you will need is black tea, salt and water. Take about 500 ml of water, add 2 tablespoon of black tea, 1 tablespoon of salt. Boil it for 5 to 7 minutes. Black tea hair mask gives hair keratin and melanin a great boost which restores the natural pigment of the hair, thereby reducing the white hair.

Strain the liquid into a jar and let it cool. Now gently massage it on to your hair, let it stay for about 20 minutes and then wash it off. Avoid using a shampoo as it can negate the tannin from the black tea. Follow this remedy at least 4 to 5 times a week, To see a Visible difference in the appearance of grey hair.

Pimples: get rid of pimples and acne permanently

Image Source - Google | Image by - Annabelle D'Costa

If your skin is acne prone, you have tried a lot but the pimples are not going, the glow of the skin is ending.  So today I am going to tell you 100% effective solution to remove pimples.  Scientifically, when our skin gland starts to produce oil in access, then this oil combines with our dead skin cells, so that the pores are blocked, then bacteria grow in them causing the pimples to come out.  Your genetics, skin type and hormones determine how much problem Pimples can cause you.  Anyway, if you take care of some things, then Pimple cannot stand on your face.

1. Skin care routine to avoid acne and pimples-

Wash your face-

Start washing your face regularly twice a day. Friends, by washing the face oil and face dust, as well as the dirt accumulated in the pores gets cleaned. Keep in mind that rub the face gently in circular motion, if you do it more quickly, then the skin may become irritated, which can increase acne further. For face wash, Use any of the toxin free face wash that suits your skin type, tea tree oil face washes are more effective in pimple problems due to being antibacterial.  Use face wash twice a day, one after waking up in the morning and the other before sleeping at night.

Drink plenty of water-

It is very important that you do not allow your skin to be dehydrated.  Often when there is a lack of water in our skin, it becomes a little difficult to flush out the toxins, which causes the pimples to come again, so keep the skin hydrated.  The best way is to drink two to three glasses of water in the morning, it will also keep your stomach clean, which will not allow pimples to appear and increase glow on the skin.

Wear a sunscream-

Friends, the time of 12 to 3 in the afternoon is when the rays of the sun are very strong.  At this time, direct exposure to the sun is not good for acne prone skin, so if you are outside at that time, either protect your face with a natural sunscream or protect yourself by wearing a cap.

Do not touch your face-

Even if your skin is prone to acne or not, do not touch your face again and again.  You might not even be able to guess when you touch your face again and again, how many bacterias get transferred to your face.  That is why only those people who touch the face again and again, gets the most pimples.

Never pop a pimple-

The most important point is to never burst the pimples, because when you do this, the pus inside the pimple gets spread on the face and the pimples start growing even more.  It is well known that bursting of pimples can also cause scarring there, so this method of removing pimples is not at all right.

Take shower after workout-

If you have frequent pimples, then the first thing I will do is that you must do a little exercise everyday.  Exercising causes sweating, which removes dead skin cells and the dirt accumulated in the pores.  Imagine if you take a shower after that, the same dirt will be washed away and you will be able to get a pimple free skin.  If it is difficult to take a shower, wipe the body well with a least wet towel.

Wash your fabrics regularly-

Friends, the bedsheet you sleep on, the cover of your pillow, your towel or your clothes should be cleaned, it will also help to prevent your pimples. Obviously, over time, dirt accumulates on them and because they come in your contact everyday, the same dirt gets transferred on your skin.  If you wash them even once in a week, you will be safe.

Avoid wearing too much makeup-

Especially in girls, makeup becomes a big reason for pimples to come out, but it is not that you have to stop makeup at all, just take care of one or two things.  First of all, use non comedogenic makeup products that less block your skin pores.  The second is very important that whenever you go to sleep at night, wash the makeup and sleep.

Sleepwell-

Friends, if you want your skin to be clear, glowing, then get a good sleep.  Taking a deep sleep at night gives time to recover the skin, which causes the pimples to heal naturally.  On the other hand, if you compromise in sleep, then the stress hormone starts increasing in the body, which causes the entire glow of the skin to go away.

2. Proper nutrition to avoid acne and pimples-

Avoid oily and greasy foods-

Friends, it is either obvious that the more oil you eat, the more your skin will produce and either we now know that more oil starts the problem of pimples.  Stop eating fried foods for a few days and you will see the difference.  Instead of refined oil at home, use mustard oil or coconut oil only.

Eat foods rich in dietary fibers-

Keep whole wheat, oats, semi brown rice, fruits, vegetables in your regular diet.  High fiber diets easily flush out body toxins so that there are no pimples on the skin.

Eat foods high in water content-

Friends, we have seen how important it is to keep the skin hydrated, eating fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables also keeps the skin hydrated, eat two servings of each in a day.  Cucumbers, watermelons, apples, oranges and cabbage are all high in water content.

Supply zinc-

Outside sweets, chocolates, cold drinks, packed juices, all these things can hurt your skin, you may not even know how.  Refined sugar, which is chemically processed and washed with sulfur, does not allow our bodies to easily break down, which then forms toxins.  You can definitely eat sweets made with homemade sugar candy, jaggery and sugar.  Friends, zinc is a very important mineral for skin development, scientists have discovered that a lack of zinc increases the probability of pimples.  Rajma, add all, roasted flaxseeds and cashews are some very good sources of zinc, you must also add these to your weekly diet.

Drink turmeric milk-

A simple desi recipe is to drink turmeric milk before going to bed at night.  We know that turmeric is antibacterial, by drinking turmeric milk, our skin is able to fight easily with the acne and by drinking milk at night, sleep is good.

Avoid spicy foods and also Cutdown smoking and alcohol

How to Get good night Sleep: Worst to Best Habits

Image Source - Google | Image by- Kevin Daum

It is impossible to live without sleep.  Deep sleep at night is very important for healthy brain function, physical body and emotional wellbeing.  All fitness pills such as muscle building and fat loss, depend on the quality of sleep directly.  However, in today's fast stressful life, most people are unable to sleep soundly, due to which they have to face fatigue, low productivity even long term chronic degeneration and if you are one of them who despite sleeping for 8 hours daily all day.  If you feel lethargic then you are probably unknowingly doing something wrong.  Today I am going to tell you what to do and what not to do so that you can sleep deeply at night.  For you guys, I have picked 10 most common sleeping habits and categorized them into Worst Sleeping Habits and Best Sleeping Habits.

5 worst sleeping habits that spoil our sleep quality-

1. Irregular sleep timing-

Everyday the internal clock of our body is disturbed by sleeping directly on the reverse.  This not only makes it difficult to sleep deeply, but also affects our mood, mental alertness, hunger cross heart function, so sleep and get up everyday, almost at the same time.  The best time to sleep is from 9 am to 5 am in the night.  Those who stay asleep in the afternoon for hours will have problems sleeping at night.  If you want to sleep in the afternoon then 20 to 30 minutes of nap is enough.

2. Wrong sleeping posture-

If you are sleeping for 6 to 8 hours every day but still do not feel comfortable, then you may be sleeping in the wrong posture.  Many people sleep in fetal position which puts wrong pressure on the back and neck muscles, which makes you feel tired all day.  Face down position makes the stomach bigger and rounder.  Wrap it up position does not allow you to get safe oxygen and hand tissues in the head on arm position can cause damage.  Not all of this is the right position to get a good deep sleep, Sleeping on back position is beneficial for people traveling with a back pain because it keeps the back bone straight. Generally speaking, it is best to sleep on the left side position because it has a lot of health related benefits.  It increases blood circulation, does not allow the liver to be overloaded, cries out heartburn and helps clean the intestine better as well and friends have a scientific reason behind it.  When we sleep on the left side, the stomach is down, which does not allow acid to come up, so always remember right is wrong and left is right.

3. Playing with Snooze button-

Friends, we are not satisfied with the amount of sleep we get.  An act of alarm may cause fatigue from the snooze, causing a full day of dizziness, because the time between the alarms is so short that your body does not have enough time to go back to deep sleep  Happen.  By doing this every day, the mind gets confused and the body clock gets disturbed, generally our body adjusts better than a regular fix time.  So make a clear rule that just as soon as the alarm rang for the first time then you must quickly woke up.

4. Consuming sleep inhibitors-

People who have a habit of drinking three to four cups of tea or coffee daily, find it very difficult to get deep sleep especially coffee which contains too much caffeine should not be drunk till 8-10 hours before bedtime.  Definitely drinking alcohol makes you fall asleep quickly but this has a very bad effect on the Rapid Eye Movement Sleeper, which makes you tired and restless at midnight.  Eating too much at dinner or sleeping on an empty stomach can disturb both sleep cycles. Drinking too much water at bedtime will disturb your sleep and you know the reason.  Even if exercised before bed at night, sleep can be disturbed, this is because after exercise, the mind and body get excited, which can cause you to sleep.  There is no doubt that exercise helps you sleep better, but you should do it at least 4 to 5 hours before bedtime.

5. Using Electronics just before bed-

Everyone knows that using electronics before sleeping is bad, but still most people are not able to give up this habit.  The blue light emitted from the smartphone screen, laptop screen or TV screen affects your sleep very badly.  Using these gadgets makes our brain excited, which makes our sleeping even more difficult.  It is best to stay away from the gadget at least 1 hour before sleeping at night.

5 Best Sleeping Habits That Improves Our Sleep Quality -

1. Create Optimal environment-

It is very important to create the right environment for deep sleep at night.  First of all, wear loose cotton clothes, it is because they are more comfortable for the body in the comparison of other clothes.  Having the correct temperature of the room is equally important. It is considered an optimal temperature, 20 to 24 degree Celsius for sleep.  It is also important that your room should be dark, quiet and clean, this helps a lot.  Even, the hardness of pillows and mattresses is also very important. Make sure it is neither too soft nor too hard.  Friends, these small but thick things make a big impact.

2. Best direction for sleep-

This is a habit that most people ignore, although there is a scientific region behind it, India which is in the geographically northern hemisphere, so why should people living here never sleep with their heads towards the north.  As we all know that the Earth is a big magnet with a North Pole and a South Pole, a strong magnetic full towards Earth's Poles.  If we stay in the northern hemisphere and keep our head towards North and stay in the same position for 7 to 8 hours, then the magnetic bridge will cause a lot of pressure on the brain, so any direction other than North is fine for us.  It has always been considered good in Indian culture to keep the head towards East.  Yes, it may not affect you at a young age, but it is better to make good habits early in life.

3. Regular Foot massage-

It is an easy but effective acupressure technique that helps a lot in getting fast and deep sleep.  Wash your feet before bed, dry them with the towel and take a few drops of mustard oil and massage your feet comfortably.  Friends, there are some points on our feet that are directly connected to our brain via the nose.  So when you massage the feet, the mind gets calm which makes us sleep better.

4. Proper Bedtime routine

A simple bed time routine will prepare your mind and body to get a deep sleep.  You can set an alarm 1 hour before sleeping at night so that you know that the time has come to make your room a tech free zone.  You can take a shower or just wash your feet to cool your body.  Wear something comfortable, at this time you can read a relaxing book.  You can make a schedule for the next day or do nothing.  Meditation before bedtime is one of the best habits because it reduces our stress and brings peace of mind.  Overall the motive is that deep sound sleep can come.

5. Practicing 4-7-8 technique-

For those who are experiencing severe sleep disorders like insomnia.  I want to share a simple technique with you which I have found very effective personally.  It is called 4-7-8 breathing technique, basically in this method you have to breathe through your nose for 4 seconds then hold your breathe for 7 seconds then exhale through your mouth for 8 seconds.  Do this only 4 times and believe that you will start feeling sleepy.
