Pimples: get rid of pimples and acne permanently

If your skin is acne prone, you have tried a lot but the pimples are not going, the glow of the skin is ending.  So today I am going to tell you 100% effective solution to remove pimples.  Scientifically, when our skin gland starts to produce oil in access, then this oil combines with our dead skin cells, so that the pores are blocked, then bacteria grow in them causing the pimples to come out.  Your genetics, skin type and hormones determine how much problem Pimples can cause you.  Anyway, if you take care of some things, then Pimple cannot stand on your face.


1. Skin care routine to avoid acne and pimples-



Wash your face-


Start washing your face regularly twice a day. Friends, by washing the face oil and face dust, as well as the dirt accumulated in the pores gets cleaned. Keep in mind that rub the face gently in circular motion, if you do it more quickly, then the skin may become irritated, which can increase acne further. Wear a sunscream-


Friends, the time of 12 to 3 in the afternoon is when the rays of the sun are very strong.  At this time, direct exposure to the sun is not good for acne prone skin, so if you are outside at that time, either protect your face with a natural sunscream or protect yourself by wearing a cap.

Do not touch your face-


Even if your skin is prone to acne or not, do not touch your face again and again.  You might not even be able to guess when you touch your face again and again, how many bacterias get transferred to your face.  That is why only those people who touch the face again and again, gets the most pimples.

Never pop a pimple-


The most important point is to never burst the pimples, because when you do this, the pus inside the pimple gets spread on the face and the pimples start growing even more.  It is well known that bursting of pimples can also cause scarring there, so this method of removing pimples is not at all right.

Take shower after workout-


If you have frequent pimples, then the first thing I will do is that you must do a little exercise everyday.  Exercising causes sweating, which removes dead skin cells and the dirt accumulated in the pores.  Imagine if you take a shower after that, the same dirt will be washed away and you will be able to get a pimple free skin.  If it is difficult to take a shower, wipe the body well with a least wet towel.


Wash your fabrics regularly-


Friends, the bedsheet you sleep on, the cover of your pillow, your towel or your clothes should be cleaned, it will also help to prevent your pimples. Obviously, over time, dirt accumulates on them and because they come in your contact everyday, the same dirt gets transferred on your skin.  If you wash them even once in a week, you will be safe.

Avoid wearing too much makeup-


Especially in girls, makeup becomes a big reason for pimples to come out, but it is not that you have to stop makeup at all, just take care of one or two things.  First of all, use non comedogenic makeup products that less block your skin pores.  The second is very important that whenever you go to sleep at night, wash the makeup and sleep.

Sleepwell-


Friends, if you want your skin to be clear, glowing, then get a good sleep.  Taking a deep sleep at night gives time to recover the skin, which causes the pimples to heal naturally.  On the other hand, if you compromise in sleep, then the stress hormone starts increasing in the body, which causes the entire glow of the skin to go away.


2. Proper nutrition to avoid acne and pimples-



Avoid oily and greasy foods-


Friends, it is either obvious that the more oil you eat, the more your skin will produce and either we now know that more oil starts the problem of pimples.  Stop eating fried foods for a few days and you will see the difference.  Instead of refined oil at home, use mustard oil or coconut oil only.


Eat foods rich in dietary fibers-


Keep whole wheat, oats, semi brown rice, fruits, vegetables in your regular diet.  High fiber diets easily flush out body toxins so that there are no pimples on the skin.

Eat foods high in water content-


Friends, we have seen how important it is to keep the skin hydrated, eating fresh seasonal fruits and vegetables also keeps the skin hydrated, eat two servings of each in a day.  Cucumbers, watermelons, apples, oranges and cabbage are all high in water content.


Supply zinc-


Outside sweets, chocolates, cold drinks, packed juices, all these things can hurt your skin, you may not even know how.  Refined sugar, which is chemically processed and washed with sulfur, does not allow our bodies to easily break down, which then forms toxins.  You can definitely eat sweets made with homemade sugar candy, jaggery and sugar.  Friends, zinc is a very important mineral for skin development, scientists have discovered that a lack of zinc increases the probability of pimples.  Rajma, add all, roasted flaxseeds and cashews are some very good sources of zinc, you must also add these to your weekly diet.
