The final ingredient that we need is half a teaspoon of icing, which is also known as tankan bhasm in Ayurveda. 5 quick and easy high protein recipes for muscle building and fat loss are-



1. High protein palak paneer-


Spinach Paneer, what's special about it?  Friends, when we make spinach paneer at home, we get the nutrition of the paneer in it, but somewhere the nutrition of spinach gets missed because we overcook it. 

Ingredients-


To make spinach paneer, you need 100 gram paneer, a bowl of spinach;  I have washed it well and 10 to 12 cashews;  It is optional but I would say you must put it, it is healthy fat and the taste is very good. 

Recipe-


First of all, put a pan on the gas and keep the water in it to boil, turn off the gas after the water is boil, now dip the spinach leaves in it and then cover it, after 2 to 3 minutes the spinach leaves will have steamed. Spinach do not overcooked, so we will cool the spinach by putting it in normal water, on the other hand we will put a tomato, a little ginger, a green chilli and this cold spinach in a grinding jar.  Now we will mix it well and make a fine paste, put cashews in another jar and grind them also.  Now we will put a pan on the gas, as soon as the pan gets hot, we will reduce the flame of the gas and put a spinach paste in it.  Now we will mix a little turmeric and a little salt in it, now we will put fresh paneer in it, now we will put cashew nuts in it, then mix it well and turn off the gas.  After turning off the gas we will cover it well and after 2 to 3 minutes your spinach paneer will be ready.



2. High protein oats tikki-


Friends you have rarely eaten such a tasty recipe of oats and it is very easy to make it too.

Ingredients-


 To make Oats tikki you will need oats flour, 50 gram Soya granules, 100 gram paneer, 2 chopped onions, tomato puree and 2 chopped green chilies. 

Recipe-


To make the tikki mixture, put oats flour in a bowl.  Now add paneer, soya granules and tomato puree and onion to it.  Now mix it well with hands, now add salt according to taste, then a little pepper and green chilli and mix it well.  If you like more spicy then you can add more spices according to your choice, mix in such a way that it becomes a dough.  Just now we will make its tikki, take a little mixture in hands and make only shape of tikkis with light hands. In the same way, make the tikkis from the rest of the mixture, leave it for 5 to 10 minutes so that the tikkis are set properly, meanwhile you will put a pan on the gas.  As soon as the pan gets hot, spread the oil evenly on it, put 2 tikkis in the pan after heating the oil and let it cook on low flame for 5 minutes, then flip it over and allow it to cook for 5 minutes on the other side as well.  When the tikkis are cooked well from both sides, you will know it yourself, just turn off the gas and your high protein oats  tikki are  this ready.

Macronutrients-


With this tikki you will get 12 grams of protein, 15 grams of carbohydrates, 5 grams of fat and 3 grams of fiber.

Tip-


If you have an air fryer or an oven, you can also try this tikki in it, it will become even easier.  These high protein oats tikki are very crispy, you can pack it in a box and take it as a snack in the evening.


3. Chickpeas spinach Egg bhurji-


If you eat eggs then you must try this special egg bhurji.


Ingredients-


To make this, you will need 6 eggs, 100 gram boiled chickpea chickpea, about 100 grams spinach, chopped onion, chopped tomatoes, chopped 1 green chili. 

Recipe- 


First of all, put two eggs in a bowl with yolk.  In the remaining four eggs, we will use only white portion, in fact there is quite saturated fat in the yolk, so the yolk of 6 eggs will be very heavy in one serving.  Now add salt as per taste, then add a little black pepper, turmeric and mix it well, so that bubbles form on the side, this will make bhurji very tasty. Just put the pan on the gas, as soon as the pan gets a little hot, then we will put a mixture of eggs in it, keep stirring it so that the eggs do not stick to the pan.  Now add chopped green chilies, add onions, tomatoes and mix them well.  Now we'll put spinach in it, keep stirring it all, we don't have to overcook anything.  Now we will add boiled kabuli chana, mix it, then squeeze the juice of one lemon on top and mix it well, just your chickpea spinach egg bhurji is ready.  This is a very simple, fast and highly nutritious recipe, without any oil. 


Macronutrients-


You will get 42 grams of protein, 35 grams of carbohydrates, 40 grams of fat and 12 grams of dietary fiber.

Tip-


To make vegetarian version of this recipe, you can replace eggs with paneer chhena.  Eat this egg bhurji for breakfast, you will not feel hungry till lunch.


4. Sweet potato chaat-


If you are not in the mood for much cooking then you will like this recipe very much.

Ingredients-


To make sweet potato chaat you will need sweet potato (boiled) 100 gram, black chana (boiled) 100 gram, cucumber (chopped) 1 cup, paneer (low fat) 100 gram, tomato (chopped) 1 cup, onion (chopped)  1 cup, tomato ketchup (1 teaspoon), salt, pepper, 1 lemon. 

Recipe-


 It is very easy to make, put boiled black gram in a bowl, then add boiled sweet potato, then add chopped onion, chopped tomatoes and then chopped cucumber.  Now add cottage cheese and add salt, a little black pepper and lemon juice, 2 to 3 teaspoons curd and add one teaspoon tomato sauce as per taste.  Just mix it well now, your high protein sweet potato chaat is ready.  

Macronutrients-


You will get 40 grams of protein, 50 grams of complex carbohydrates, 15 grams of fat and 18 grams of fiber.

Tip-


If you do not get sweet potato, you can also use potato and its quantity can also be reduced according to your fitness goal.  It is a good snack option in a little quantity, you can also replace the rest of the meal with it. if you want to lose fat, eat it at breakfast and if you want to build muscle then at dinner.


5. Moong dal dosa-


Ingredients-


To make Moong Dal Dosa, you need 100 gram moong dal, 100 gram paneer, french beans, carrots, capsicum, green peas, onion, tomato, salt, turmeric, chilli powder. 

Recipe-


 First keep the moong dal soaked for at least 6 hours, now put this moong dal in the grinder and grind it with a little water.  After this, finally chop your favorite vegetables.  Now put a little oil in a pan, when the oil get hot, first add onion, then add peas and capsicum and cook for 1 to 2 minutes.  Now put beans and carrots in it, then cook all the vegetables for 2 to 3 minutes. Now put tomatoes in it and keep stirring it continuously, then we will add rock salt, red chilli powder and turmeric, then mix them well.  Now put 100 grams of fresh paneer in it, just mix all the vegetables again and then your stuffing is ready.  Now put the pan to heat on the gas and spray a little oil on it for the dosa.  Now we will make dosa with the batter of moong dal that we made, then after 1 minute turn the dosa and allow it to bake on the other side.  When the dosa is baked from both the sides, we will spread our stuffing on it, just then your protein rich dosa is ready.

Macronutrients-


From this dosa, you will get 30 grams of protein, 50 grams of complex carbohydrates, 10 gram fats and 15 gram fiber.

Nowadays there is no dearth of tips for weight loss.  Yes, some weight loss tips work while some just waste your energy and time, so to make your work easier I have selected some very common weight loss tips and ranked them Worst to best.  Today you will get a clear road map that, how to reduce the excess fat from the body.

Well researched scientific information From the codes of Ayurveda and my personal experience, I have divided 12 popular weight loss tips into 3 categories.


Category 1- 

This category includes the worst weight loss tips which have no scientific backing.

a) Switch to artificial sweeteners-


Nowadays everyone knows that refined sugar contains empty calories, which cannot absorb by the body properly which causes weight gain, so it is advisable to use zero calorie sugar free. Considering this, nowadays people have started drinking diet coke instead of regular coke, they like to add sugar free in tea and buy sugar free things from super market.

However, this zero calorie is more useless than artificial sweetener sugar, so companies have to mention that artificial sweetener has been added to it and it is not for children.  There are many side effects of these artificial sweeteners, so next time you want to leave sugar, please do not use artificial sweeteners at all.


b) It's all about exercise-


Everything depends on exercise, it is not like that at all.  How soon you will lose fat depends on your overall nutrition, you can do the experiment yourself.  Exercise daily but do not pay attention to eating habits at all, you will see that your weight will not reduce at all, so nutrition is the deciding factor.  Although this does not mean that you do not perform exercise, definitely regular exercise will give you quick results.

Which type of exercise you do also makes a difference, if you are just walking or running, then it will not be that effective.  Strength training with cardio exercise for both men and women and breathing exercise like Kapalbhati will give you very quick results, but yes keep in mind that eat healthy together.


c) Spot reduction can be done-


You might have thought that it is fine from everywhere but just how do I reduce the fat of Thigh, how to thin the arms, how to reduce face fat?  But the truth is that spot reduction cannot be done, yes the strength of muscles of a particular body part can be increased, but it will not happen only if the fat is reduced from particular body part.  For most people, fat grows like layers of onion, and it decreases from the entire body in the same way.

d) Go gluten free-


If you want to lose weight, then stop eating gluten, you may have heard that this is going on a lot in Western countries nowadays.  Basically Gluten is a type of protein found in wheat, barley and other cereals;  It does not Hinder in weight loss.  Yes, you should go on gluten free diet only if you are allergic to gluten, so you can worieless lose fat by eating chapati.

e) All calories are the same-


You may have heard that just keep track of how many calories you eat and then eat whatever you want.  Yes it is that if you are eating less calories then you will lose weight but it does not mean that you leave home food and start eating pizza and then skip meal to compensate it, human body does not work in this way. 

You cannot compare the 500 calories that you get from pizza with the wholesome meal of 500 calories at home.  While the meal at home will give you all the nutrients that your body needs, pizza is made of flour and have lack of nutrition. so all calories are not the same.


Category 2-

This category includes a few overly hyped weight loss tips. These tips are a result of intensive marketing by the weight loss industry.


a) Drink green tea to lose weight-


Green tea is marketed in such a way that it is known as some magic drink for weight loss.  People think that just keep eating anything, just drink green tea together, then everything will be nullify, this is absolutely wrong.  There is no doubt that green tea is high in antioxidants, little tannin, which helps in weight loss. 

But if we see, all this happens in normal black tea as well, so both are kind of inactive.  However, it is equally important to keep a healthy diet with it.  According to Ayurveda, tea is very drying for the body, so if your skin is already very dry, hair is also dry then you should not drink green tea or black tea at all.


b) Buy fat burner to lose weight-


Fat burners are also very overly hyped weight loss supplements.  Most people just think that just eat a fat burner pill and just lose fat. but friends, fat burner is nothing more than a marketing gimmick and maximum fat burners claim fat loss only because of caffeine.  If you want to take supplements, then black coffee of ₹ 2 is enough instead of ₹ 1000 fat burner.


Category 3-

These in my opinion are the best advices for effective and sure shot weight loss.

a) Eat a balanced diet-


Practice healthy plate method, what is this healthy plate method?  It is very easy, whenever you sit down to eat, fill half of your plate with fresh salad, 1/4 plate with protein rich curry like lentils or paneer and the remaining 1/4 part with complex carbohydrates like Bread, rice or millets.  Eat salad first and then eat the rest, add a spoonful of ghee to the vegetable.  With this plating method you will eat an automatically well balanced meal and from this meal you will not feel hungry for long.

b) Switch to Healthy alternatives of sugar and salt-


Sugar becomes the reason for weight gain for majorities.  Actually sweet and salty is not bad but is necessary but you should know healthy sources of sugar and salt, artificial sweeteners are absolutely not but jaggery, sugar, honey, threaded sugar, stevia are all healthy sources of sugar.  Start adding sugar to tea, add honey to lemonade, sugar can be added to milk.  Such small changes will keep your insulin level under control, due to which weight loss will become very easy. 

Then the normal iodised table salt that we use, it is very chemically processed due to which the quantity of minerals in it is not equal and our body is not able to absorb it properly, due to which weight gain starts. so, outside Eating junk food suddenly causes puffy eyes, face and weight increase the next morning.  Rock salt and black salt are two options that make food salty but without causing any harm, start using them today.

c) Eat whole foods-


Natural juices are fine to drink but they have an important micronutrient missing, yes dietary fiber. so, I would recommend that you eat mostly fruits directly.  Similarly, you should stay away from refined grains such as white bread, maida and include whole wheats such as semi brown rice, millets and oats.  By eating Whole fruits, you will not feel hungry soon and your digestion will also be better.

d) Keep back up snacks-


Many times when we are outside, healthy food is not available and in the face of hunger, we had to eat street foods.  To avoid such situations, I would recommend that you keep a snack with you such as any fruit, roasted peanuts, dry fruits, roasted chickpeas are some good options. Likewise keep a water bottle with you, whenever you feel like drinking something, do not drink any sugar loaded carbonated drink.  Only this simple habit will make your weight loss journey quite easy.

e) Eat mindfully-


Nowadays we have become so addicted to technology that hardly ever we eat food without laptop, phone.  When we use TV or phone while eating food, our brain does not register food and due to this we over eat.  You basically have to eat food very slowly, chewing every single bite carefully and keeping your mind on it, by doing this you can reduce your food intake by 50% in a few months and that too without any energy loss.  Mindful eating will make you feel a little difficult initially but gradually you will start feeling that this most satisfying experience.

Breakfast recipes: quick, easy and healthy breakfast recipes

Breakfast is the most important meal of the day.  This is the time when our body needs nutrients and energy the most, so breakfast should be heavy and well-balanced.  However, in today's fast running life, most people either cannot do breakfast well or they eat the same thing every day.  But no more, while designing breakfast options for this topic, my top priority was least cooking time, variety in the taste and practicality. so if you got bored of paratha, idli, dosa then today I have brought you 7  Healthy breakfast options that you can make under 5 minutes, with less baggage and without compromising the taste.

For this topic, I deliberately did not include common breakfast options like paratha, idli, dosa, pesarattu and eggs so that something fresh and creative can come to your breakfast table.


7 quick, healthy and tasty breakfast options are-


1. Cashew upma-


I always like this breakfast recipe.  If the upma is made well, it can fail the pasta. 

Recipe-


Put a pan on low flame, as soon as it gets hot, add ghee to it.  Now add cumin and ginger to it, then add chopped onion curry leaves, healthy rock salt, tomatoes and saute them well, then add 5 to 6 cashews and mix them well.  Add a little water, now add wheat upma to around half a cup, then mix it well and let it cook for a while.  Just enjoy your cashew upma ready.  This cashew upma with complex carbohydrates, proteins and healthy fats is an ideal breakfast option.

2. Ragi malt-


If you feel like drinking instead of eating at breakfast then you must try Ragi malt recipe.  This is an authentic Indian smoothie recipe made from ragi and yogurt called wonder grain. 

Recipe-


Make a paste by mixing 3 to 4 teaspoons of ragi with a little water, then put 1 glass of water and a little rock salt and ragi paste in a pan and let it cook for 2 to 3 minutes,  As soon as it cools down, mix yogurt in it.  It is a perfect weight loss breakfast recipe with gluten free, high fibers, vitamins, minerals and amino acids.

3. Curd rice-


Friends, if you are facing any digestion related problem, then I will suggest that you must eat curd rice recipe in breakfast.

Recipe-


Take half a cup of semi brown rice, then boil it and keep it on the side.  Now put mustard oil in a pan, add some mustard seeds and cumin seeds and let it cook.  Now add curry leaf asafoetida and rock salt, then mix it well, on the other side add curd and fresh coriander leaves in semi brown rice, then mix it well.  Now mix Tadka in it as well, this recipe is not only tasty but also very healthy.  Due to the probiotic bacteria in yogurt, it cleanses your small intestine very well.  If you ate curd rice in breakfast for 10 consecutive days, then you will see that your digestive problem is like disappearing.

4. Sweet rice-


If you feel like eating something sweet in the morning then you will like this breakfast option very much.  I make it when I am late for office because it is very easy, not to do much. 

Recipe-


Take half a cup of semi-brown rice and boil them, when the rice is boiled, add 2 to 3 teaspoons of ghee and add two to three teaspoons of sugar, then mix them well and then finally  Garnish them with 4 to 5 almonds.  It is so tasty and fun that it seems as if you are eating prasad in a temple, I like it very much.

5. Banana, almond, Milk-


This option is very easy.  Only three simple ingredients without cooking too much, this healthy and balanced breakfast option is best for hosteller and busy people. 

Recipe-


You need 4 to 5 almonds, 1 to 2 bananas and 1 glass of lukewarm milk.  Believe it is such a powerful combination that you will not feel hungry till lunch, just do not hurry and chew it slowly and eat it.

6. Tamarind rice-


Tamarind Rice is also called pulihora in South India, it is one of my favorite dishes. Tamarind Rice is tangy tasty and healthy.

Recipe-


put 1/2 cup semi brown rice to boil, put a pan on the second gas and add some ghee to it. When Ghee get hot, add mustard seeds, curry leaves, groundnut, turmeric, rock salt and asafoetida, now soak a little tamarind in hot water, then put the tamarind water in the pan and cook till it become like paste.  Just add the boiled rice to the last and mix well, your tamarind rice is ready.  It is a well-balanced, light and filling breakfast option with complex carbohydrates from semi brown rice, healthy fats from peanuts and protein.

7. Besan ka chilla-


Do you need a vegetarian version of omelette or are you bored of eating dosa.  If yes, try besan ka chilla, this quick and healthy option is full of complex carbohydrates and protein which is also very important in breakfast. 

Recipe-


To make Besan ka chilla, put a cup of gram flour in a bowl and then make batter by adding a little water.  Now add onion, tomato, rock salt, turmeric powder, ginger and coriander.  Here, if you wish, you can also customize chilla according to your taste by adding vegetables and spices.  Mix all the ingredients very well, now put the pan on the gas, then as soon as the griddle gets hot, slow the flame and add a little mustard oil.  Put one or two spoons of batter and spread it well on the pan, then cook it till the color starts to turn slightly golden and bubbles start to appear from above, then flip it and cook on the other side as well.  Just serve again with curd or chutney, healthy as well as very tasty and filling.

To find out about this, I bought about 20 hair oils, some from supermarkets and the rest online.  After thoroughly testing all the ingredients of these hair oils, I was quite disappointed because the hair oils which are most popular are also toxic and by toxic I mean which is very damaging for your hair.  These include dangerous preservatives like petroleum products, harmful alcohols, artificial fragrance, cosmetic colors, BHT, TBHQ and no idea what has been inserted.  While oil is one thing that can be easily extracted in pure form, it is a matter of regret that most companies are not doing it.  I have divided all these hair oils into three categories according to their ingredients.

Category 1-


It has mostly those hair oils which the Indian public uses the most.  These include cosmetic colors from artificial fragrance to mineral oils to alcohol, almost all toxic chemicals have been added to these hair oils, which you can think of.  From the top these hair oils look like the outside is not even from the inside.

For example - Bajaj almond drops oil, if you were thinking that you are applying pure badam oil so I am sorry that is not at all.  This oil contains 77% light liquid paraffin, light liquid paraffin which is another name for mineral oil. It is a by-product of a petroleum industry that can contain cancerous hydrocarbons, then it contains 21% mustard oil including almond oil.


Category 2-


This category is very interesting. It contains Navratna cool oil, Dabur's enriched coconut oil, biotique hair oil and patanjali kesh kanti, these are basically the so called hair oils.  There is no doubt that these hair oils contain ayurvedic herbs such as beetraj, amla, bahera etc. But the problem with these hair oils is that these hair oils do not mention their entire ingredients list. 

Apart from adding a lot of herbal ingredients, the major part is also in the excipients about which a common customer does not know anything.  Secondly, artificial fragrances, cosmetic colors, harsh preservatives like TBHQ and BHT have also been added to these hair oils, so next time you go to buy a ayurvedic hair oil, check that it is not in this category.  So we have seen how most of the companies are just doing good marketing of their hair oils.



Why harmful chemicals are added in hair oils?


1. These ingredients are very cheap.  Mineral oil is a very cheap, non sticky oil-like substance in itself, which has neither a color nor a fragrance of any reason, because of this it is perfect for adulteration.  Do you know that baby massage oil of johnson and johnsons is 100% mineral oil.

2. Artificial fragrance and cosmetic colors are added to hair oil only for this reason so that they look good.  Although you will be surprised to know that more than 200 toxic chemicals can be used to make an artificial fragrance, but these chemicals, brand also do not need to be disclosed because the patent of a brand on a pertinent fragrance is there and  Lastly preservatives like BHT and TBHQ are added only so that the hair oils do not spoil for years.  It is clear that these harsh chemicals are very good for oil manufacturers but are not less than any poison for the hair of consumers like us.


Which hair oil should we use?


Are there such hair oils in the Indian market that are pure and genuinely make our hair long and strong.  Yes, pure coconut oil of patanjali, coconut oil of Dabur fall in this category which has only one ingredient, 100% coconut oil.  Even better choice would be if we use cold pressed coconut oil because the grade of cold pressed oil is always better. 

If you really want to use genuine almond oil, then use Dabur's badam Rogan oil.  If you have hair fall and you want to use pure Ayurvedic hair oil, then Baidyanath's mahabhringraj oil is the perfect option.  Raw condensed mustard oil is easily available in the Indian market, you can also use as a hair oil.  Pure erand oil is also available and is very good for hair regrowth.


How to choose the best hair oil for your hair type?


It depends on your hair type and under what type of weather conditions you live.  Coconut oil is versatile multi purpose hair oil that can be used for almost all hair types but is most effective for dry, damaged and dull hair.  Coconut oil is the best option for those places where humidity is very high, like near the sea.  Nature has planted coconut in such places with great thinking.  Coconut oil should be avoided in the cold not only because it freezes but also because it is also cooling for some body.  Almond oil is best if you have a lot of dandruff problem, if you have itching in scalp, then massage the regular lee with almond oil.

If your hair is dry, then mustard oil is best for you, mustard oil is not recommended in areas with humidity but is very suitable for cold areas.  Like I said if you want to increase hair growth then castor oil, also called castor oil is the best option, using it regularly can increase hair growth by 3 to 5 times.  Mahabhringraj oil is also described in Ayurvedic texts, it is good for hair fall, it is very medicinal anyway, massaging 2-3 times a week is enough.


How to find out if the hair oil that you are using is toxic or not?


It's simple, before buying any hair oil, check its ingredients if it contains mineral oil or LLP or light liquid paraffin (petroleum product), artificial fragrance or fragrance or perfume or sugandhit dravya, cosmetic colors, phenoxethanol (alcohol), BHT (preservatives)  Do not waste money if there are any ingredients like TBHQ (preservatives), isopropyl myristate (additive), piroctone olamine (additive).  Friends, whenever you buy a product, always check its ingredients and buy not seeing the brand and I assure that using a good natural hair oil will reduce your hair loss, dandruff and other hair problems almost instantly.

You will need 400 grams of ashwagandha root powder, 100 grams of shatavari powder and 500 grams of thread mishri then mix all of it and keep it in airtight glass container; don't worry this will serve you throughout the course. 

Both ashwgandha and shatavari found an elaborate mention in ayurvedic texts for their huge role in developing the Asthi dhatu which is most important for bone growth. Latest modern science studies suggest that these two herbs help in increase the human growth hormone which is what you need to grow taller.

After having this tonic make sure that you do not eat anything at least for 2 hours then later you can have lunch. 

Now if you are really serious about growing taller then it is imperative that you are conscious about what you eat throughout the day. If you regularly preservative laden packaged foods, refined flour based Chinese foods, the Western junk foods or even Indian outside foods then I am sorry to say that you are not serious about this. Ayurvedic scriptures place an extra ordinary emphasis on eating the foods that nourish asthi dhaatu which is one of the sapt dhaatu that gives a solid structure to the body, to put it simple eat homely foods.



Best foods to increase height-


According to ayurveda some foods are exceedingly beneficial for increasing height. These includes desi cow dairy products specially fresh butter, curd, paneer and rice kheer. Ripe bananas, mangoes, dates and chikus are some fruits which are very helpful. 
All dals are rich in protein and recommended but black urad dal finds a special mention. If you notice that all these foods are hard to digest but are extremely nourishing for the sapt dhaatu, so it's crucial that you include them in your diet but as per your digestive capacity.  


Best Exercises and Yogic asanas to increase height-


Another important factor that determines your height is your activity level, if you spend your day lying as a couch potato then I am sorry to say it's not helping. Ayurvedic texts suggests stretching work out to be the best exercise for the height growth. 

Tadasana-


One simple stretch is the Tadasana, simply stand on the ground barefoot with your legs and feet joint together and stretch your hands up as far as up as you can with your body weight on the fingers of your feet, try to hold for as long as possible.

Chakrasana-


It is another powerful Yogic asana that elongates our spine.

Surya namaskar-


The most important of all is the Surya namaskar; a set of 12 poses, it is the mother of all stretching exercises. Don't rush through them, do them slowly and comfortably. Spending just 5 minutes on each of these three asanas brings extra ordinary results for you.

Not only this, these stretching exercises will also help you digest the foods for height that we have discussed. so don't skip if you are serious consider it as mandatory, you can do it in morning before step number 1 or in the evening. 


Now there are few more things which will amp up your progress like what, like this-

1. Maintain upright posture; it will help in elongating the spine 

2. Massage your body 20 minutes before bath.

3. Practice no Fap strengthens the Dhatus.

4. Press acupressure points Like upper part of your thumb.

5. Live stress free life helps brain to produce more HGH (height growth hormone).

6. Spend time in sunlight because vitamin D is essential for bones.


3. 30 to 40 minutes before sleep-


So after you have spent your day well, have your dinner then about 30 to 40 minutes before going to sleep have another glass of warm camel milk, mix with 1 teaspoon of that Ashwagandha shatavari powder. Yes it is to consume twice a day for optimum benefit. just a heads up camel milk is not as tasty as regular cow milk but you will easily get used to it in 2 to 3 days.


4. Stimulation of pituitary gland-


Finally when you are just about to sleep there is one last step which involves the stimulation of pituitary gland. Pituitary gland that we all know is the gland found in the brain which secretes the human growth hormone and it is this human growth hormone which is responsible for height. 

a)- The step is easy you just need to cross legged on your bed or any comfortable position with your spine erect.

b)- close your eyes and just try to concentrate in between your eyebrows. Yes, this is where the pituitary gland is located. It is also referred to as the third eye in yogic lore. keep all your concentration at this point, do not over stress, be gentle. Of course you might experience some tingling, pain etc but let that not distract you, it's part of the process. Thoughts will crop up just ignore them, keep concentrating. Do this every night before sleeping 2 minutes is a good extract, gradually increase it to 5 minutes, it will be a game changer then go to sleep.


Do not ignore sleep-


Sleep is another vital factor often overlooked that determines our height. It's no hidden secret anymore that our body actually grow when we are sleeping and when it comes to optimum sleep quality precedes quantity.
